• Visit sites and customer on sometimes to review team work on the ground.
• Review risk plan and update Qualitative Risk Plan, Quantitative Risk Plan.
• I Using EPM and Microsoft Project to Tool to applied our PMO methodology.
• Manage all H.W activity in Projects Including :
a- Servers Installation and configuration and their software
b- Networking Installation and Configuration for switches and routers (CISCO, Warless Routers).
c- Servers Room Components Installation ... grounds, conditions, Carbonates, UBS
a- Manage all Technical Team and Distribute a tasks and stay a good communication between our team and P.M.

d- Review and Controlling SDLC Phases.
