Bank Al bilad Senior Projects Manager -Present • Manage IT projects in IT division .
• Integration management between Core bank(T24 ..) Systems and new systems .
• Manage B.A team.
• Apply full SDLC cycle with all IT division dept.’s BA, DEV, SIT, UAT, PRODUCTION…
• Manage all vendor projects and follow-up to execute their plan’s .
• Coordinate with all Business dept.’s and IT Division.

• Manage all Projects assign to me from PMO.
• Initiate and follow-up all phases of Project Plan (Initiate, execute, control, closing)
• Manage Team for these Projects.
• Make weekly Reports Like(RAM - Resource assignee matrix, ISPR - internal status project report, update project plan (coast, time, activity, scoop, change request))
• Visit sites and customer on sometimes to review team work on the ground.
• Review risk plan and update Qualitative Risk Plan, Quantitative Risk Plan.
• I Using EPM and Microsoft Project to Tool to applied our PMO methodology.
• Manage all H.W activity in Projects Including :
a- Servers Installation and configuration and their software
b- Networking Installation and Configuration for switches and routers (CISCO, Warless Routers).
c- Servers Room Components Installation ... grounds, conditions, Carbonates, UBS
a- Manage all Technical Team and Distribute a tasks and stay a good communication between our team and P.M.
• Manage all Software Activity Development Including :
b- Define Development Activity and assign Resources.
c- Review Analysis Documents.
d- Review and Controlling SDLC Phases.
e- Manage Development Team, and stay a good communication between our team and P.M .

1- MOJ -28: Ministry of Judgment -Archiving Solution for Courts
• Budget: 28 Million SR.

2- HCOJ : High Console Of judgment - Development Archiving Solution and Admin Communication System
• Budget: 2 Million SR.
• Team Members: 5.
• Project Period: 1 Year.
3- REDF : Real Estate Development Fund - Establish Communication Center contain BPX & IVR Solution
Budget: 2 Million SR.

4- HCOJ : High Console Of judgment - IVR Solution
