Efficient time and territory management.
• Increase buying customer base within the allocated territory.
• Increase sales volume into existing customers within the allocated territory.
• Increase market Shares through penetration into the competitions client base.

• Gather and provide quality feedback on lost sales, competitor actions and other market intelligence.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Handling the goods from the supplier and distribute it to each section.
- Monitoring the employees and stuffs to make sure that the job was going to the right way.
- Executing the marketing & sales plans determined by the company (achieving targets, indoor advertisements and others).
- Interesting with the customers that are classified as a VIP.
- Managing the achievement of sales result and meeting targets.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
- Reporting the daily sales to the sales management.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Advising customers.
- Providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Setting up, monitoring and reviewing sales targets for the relevant commercial department.
- Managing and developing staff within the department in order to achieve departmental and personal goals.
- Reviewing and controlling the costs, in order to maximize profitability.
