A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio, Programme, Project Offices (P3O), PMO-CP (PMO Certified Practitioner), Certified KPI Professional (C-KPIP) and Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) Head of EPMO with more than 6 years of experience in project management.
I established and run the EPMO by developing/continuously enhancing the EPMO methodology and coaching project managers.
• Established the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) by developing the methodology, project templates and implementing monitoring and controlling tools.
• Established the EPMO Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Monitor and control the execution of Bahri's initiatives and projects to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

• Established the Support Functions PMO in Bahri which includes: HR, IT, Communications, Administration and Procurement by developing the methodology, several project templates and utilizing a new tool.
• Monitor and control the execution of Bahri's initiatives and projects within Support Functions which includes: HR, IT, Communications, Administration and Procurement to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
• Provide inputs to the annual plans of the Support Functions and link them with the PMO’s initiatives.
• Monitor and control the overall Support Functions’ risks.

• Control and analyse Bahri's projects as per the business requirements, prepare and review periodic reports and monitor the execution of plans within IT division.

-SAP SuccessFactors:
SuccessFactors is a talent management system. I am the project manager of this project and currently, some modules were launched, and some will be launched soon. I have created an extensive RFP, been part of a committee, which selected the solution and the implementer. Additionally, I conducted training to all end-users before launching the system.
Worked in IT division, developed and maintained Oracle ERP HRMS (Self-Services, Payroll, Core HR and Performance Management), Website, Intranet Portal and managing other projects. I continuously provide training and support to users in all ERP HRMS functions.
Projects:
-Livestream: As a project manager, I gathered all users’ requirements, researched for several service providers, chose one and conducted several events.
-Oracle Performance Management: Implemented this new module (via an external implementer). I attended all meetings including 3 parties, and provided training sessions and continuous support.
-New Bahri Website: Implemented a new website (via an external implementer). I attended all meetings and all project phases, contributed and sent feedback continuously to the implementer, and provided continuous support.
-New Bahri Portal: Implemented a new SharePoint Intranet portal (via an external implementer). I attended all meetings and all project phases, contributed and sent feedback continuously to the implementer, and provided continuous support to users.
-Fingerprint Attendance System: Implemented a new attendance\security fingerprint system (via an external implementer). I took all fingerprints for all employees and provided continuous support.
I was enrolled in a post-graduation program within IT department. I worked and had intensive training on Oracle ERP HRMS.

I was responsible for all media responsibilities, this includes; writing reports and photography.
Worked as a social media manager with “One Plus One” company during Ramadan for a TV show.
