In my capacity as the IT Deputy Manager of Infrastructure & Operations at Bestway Group, I have effectively overseen a dedicated team responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of vital IT systems and infrastructure. My extensive expertise encompasses the management of data center operations, network infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity programs. Furthermore, I have successfully orchestrated the execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring both punctual delivery and the highest standards of work quality.
 As the Infrastructure and Operations Advisor for Bestway Group, encompassing Bestway Cement Ltd, Bestway Well Pharmacy UK, Bestway Wholesale UK, and Bestway Renewable Technologies, I provided leadership and oversight for key locations, including the Bestway Cement Head Office, DR Site, and five plant offices in Pakistan. My responsibilities extended to ensuring the continuous delivery of ICT Lights-on Services.

• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations while working closely with General Manager (IT) and Senior Management of the company to determine IT requirements with the primary focus on the increase in business productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Preparation of Annual Work Plan, Budget, Hardware/Software requirement plans and procurement of the required hardware & software by following standard procurement procedures e.g. creation of PR, PO, GR, GI & ROP etc.
• Overall management and supervision of Islamabad & Peshawar offices.
• Administration, installation and maintenance of all the servers (2008 & 2012) including Active Directory, Security Policies, File & Print, proxy, ISA/TMG 2010 and application servers. Also responsible for weekly and monthly backups of all the servers.
• Planning, designing and management of network (LAN, WAN, MAN etc.) and management of network devices (Cisco & Juniper)
• Installation, configuration, and management of the security telecoms i.e. Panasonic PABX/Exchange, CCTV and Biometric Entry and Attendance System etc.
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with other business sector, vendors and ISPs.
• Maintenance of IT setups in official guesthouse and make sure the availability of smooth internet connectivity 24/7.
• Provide IT related Support of 150 plus OES Users for XP, VISTA, WIN 7, 8 & 10 /Office 2007, 2010 & 2013 Outlook /Cummins & GE Generator, HVACR, CCTV, PABX, Fire & Security Panel related software etc.

IT Officer
• Responsible for IT Operation in North Sites i.e. Afghanistan, Peshawar and Jhelum Sales Offices.
• Maintain data backup and restore testing.
• Coordination with teams in Nestle Sydney and nestle HO Lahore for day to day IT matters.
