Manage the public relations & Stakeholder department, manage the RATP work with RCRC the Royal Commission for Riyadh City who’s responsible for the Riyadh Metro project.
Organize the strategic and planning for the department. Develop & manage communication strategies with internal and external stakeholders and locally and internationally about corporate identity, also focus to protect and enhance the reputation of RATP through interactions with external media and organizations to gain positive publicity in all relevant media Management. Participation to the organization all Events (Meetings, Conferences & Exhibitions), Organize site visits for the external stakeholders, organize site visits with the ADA to define Riyadh Metro Project, Developing and documenting relationships with our Stakeholders, Manage the weekly report to the CEO, follow up the work with internal stakeholder.
Support the Director of the Department and assist in all issue. Manage the Public Relation work and follow up with the team. Manage the Strategic Suppliers relationship management Proven experience of direct material, goods & services stakeholders management, Visit the contracting companies with our company and writing reports on the companies, Develop & manage communication strategies with internal and external, Manage the meeting with our client ( RSAF & MOI ), A good User of SAP program, Follow-up the monthly and weekly reports, Supervising the work and follow-up team, Represent the Company in the Conferences and all events that we Invited on it or we organized.

Coordinate all media tools.
Maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and media representatives.
Solve the problems with the Metro lines.
Visit the metro lines with the committee of the consultant and follow up.
Prepare letters, translate and submit these. Then do the follow up to obtain approval and to commence the works.
Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs.
obtain support of the public opinion and to lay bridges of trust and connection between the project and the citizens. This by giving proper information and to rely on sincerity and honesty in giving the information to them.
explain the economic and social goals of the Metro Project of which society shall benefit.
Coordinate the meetings of the line manager with governmental bodies and the required commercial bodies to facilitate his task.
Coordinate with the governmental bodies and to ameliorate the relations with them to facilitate the Metro construction activities.
Follow-up the Supply requests and execution of requests by electronic order purchase or order a manual purchase (forms). And raising the monthly reports for customized material and follow-up the required.
Follow-up the training of technicians and coordinate the scheduling courses and follow-up the annual language tests, coordinate the training, Saudization level reports, submit them to the body the Air Force for follow-up training.
Supervising the work and follow-up team (attendance, vacation, assessed in performance, lifting the annual reports of human energy, raise the monthly reports from the administration) and other administrative work
