Responsible for maintaining transparency and a community feel throughout the twofour54 ecosystem by providing constant, reliable and accurate communication of relevant projects information and developments across all channels.
My focus is to enable the creation and delivery of commercial communication strategies, and provide hands-on, end-to-end implementation across all commercial units to drive commercial success.
Furthermore, my role supports in the corporate communications projects and the whole marketing communications department throughout all digital, and traditional marketing communication channels in brand positioning, copywriting, advertising, and other tactical deliverables.
The Senior Communications Executive manages the day-to-day work of the GCAA communications department.
Responsible for:
Media and Campaign Strategy
preparing internal and external announcements
hands-on delivery of events and media
proofing/copy editing
ensuring communications are consistent, adhering to brand guidelines
stakeholder engagement
updating web and social media content
audiovisual editing
ensuring key messages are joined up across the department
working with departments on special projects
providing a range of collateral

Project Management of Ajwaa Quarterly Magazine (UAE Aviation Industry Magazine)
Create and translate material and content in Arabic and English.
Assist in Public Relations campaign strategies and tactics.
Managing the active distribution, design and implementation of marketing brochures and content.
Handling internal communication ensure the regular, professional, accurate communication with employees.
Event optimisation and execution including logistics.
Branding, collateral, gifts and VIP corporate gifts.
Visual communication, and event branding and design.
Events planning, execution and logistics.
Create marketing programs to caregivers, scripting and on the job training for all caregivers on communication. Support communication activities during executive visits.
Drafting external presentations, speeches, external/ internal communications activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders on CCAD internal and external communications activities.
Determine strategic communication needs and priorities and translate them into appropriate actions. Create and translate material and content in Arabic and English.
Assist in Public Relations campaign strategies and tactics.
Managing the e ective distribution, design and implementation of marketing brochures and content.
Event optimization: to ensure the entire event costs are optimized as per the actual situation at the event.
Ensure constant, transparent, accurate and positive communication within the team
(involved sales, production, branding, sales force, marketing, client relations, accounting and any other parties).
Client relations: to ensure the regular, professional, accurate communication with clients.
Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives.
Devising and coordinating photo opportunities.
Collating and analyzing media coverage.
Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports.
Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail lea ets, promotional videos, photographs, lms and multimedia programmes.
Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities. Conduct market research.
Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email. Creating, editing content for social media channels in English and Arabic (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
n Make the sales process easy and stress free for the customers while providing the upmost of luxury customer service.
n Know the product inside and out; always maintain general knowledge about the business and products.
n Develop and maintain a customer database.
n Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
n Deal with customer complaints and conflicts.
n Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
n Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
n Quality checks on product and service delivery.
