CURRENT - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - ADMIN & SECURITY:
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes within STR region
• Repair & Maintenance of all PTCL exchanges, colonies and other telecom buildings with in STR region.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints at region level
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities (e.g electricians, AC Technicians, Plumbers etc)
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Tracking and diagnostics of vehicles, Driver management, Fleet security, Compliance of Government regulations
• Protect a company's assets and people from invasion and harm.
• Perform services to assure the safety and protection of PTCL properties.
• Maintain and update a property loss and prevention program.
• Establish and install key controls on departmental communication equipment and property access.
• Evaluate incidents and determine course of action.
• Discover source of security breach.
• Install safety alarms around building and perimeter.
• Report and track all incidents.
• Maintain an emergency training curriculum.
• Supervise parking procedures.
• Supply security for events.
• Monitor and support security-related processing for cleared staff.
• Set up video surveillance.
• Develop physical security responses.
• Install access control devices.
Looking corporate customer with in assigned region, responsibility timely coordinate with new / existing customer for corporate services regarding ICT - Information and telecommunication.
Job Description:
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Field Force.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives / Field Force to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Striving to maintain maximum profit margin for the company.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings/costing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives / Filed Force.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.
• Assists Account Executives / Field Force in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Achieved assigned sales target monthly, quarterly and Annually through team efforts.
• Field Force on job training and guiding sales techniques for achieving day to day objectives.
• Handling distribution/Dealers network and sales volume.
• Conduct regional research to explore market potential and identified sales gape.
• Maintain and build long term profitable relation with customers.
