Study the market opportunities & customer demand.
Follow up with customers to get RFQs.
Arrange with customers to visit our plants, make presentations, and answer client
questionnaires.
Marketing Activities (participating in many events and exhibitions). Six Sigma
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the company's compliance with the
client OSHA (occupational saf ety requirements.
Daily Production Output:
Dealing with the production activities and Welding control Activities.
Ensures the production output meets the acceptable quality levels and adheres to
specif ic ASME codes and all applicable standards.
Reviews daily production reports and analyzes the causes f or any deviation.
Initiates actions to meet the production target in case of f orecasted delays.
Designs and develops better jigs and f ixture f or distortion control.
Job Monitoring & Control:
Schedules jobs to the production bay based on resource availability, job priority, and production backlogs.
Monitors and eliminates the causes of rejections or reworks by educating thepersonnel in the bay as necessary.
In close coordination with the Foreman and Leadman, ensures optimum usage ofconsumables and tools.
Quality Management for all fabrication work.
Monitors daily the QC rejection and advise the Foreman to initiate corrective actionas per the set procedure.
Participated in many studies to improve productivity.
Department Coordination
Coordinates with Quality Department to develop PQR, WPS, and Weldingtraining/qualification, and introduce new processes, consumables, methods, andequipment.
Follows up with Maintenance Department for Machine Breakdowns, preventivemaintenance & Installation of New Machines.
Health & Safety Environment (HSE) Compliance
Explains safe working practices and conducts weekly safety meetings.
Monitoring safety analysis in the plant.
Participating in the biannual safety Emergency action plan as a site commander.
Human Resources Management.
Develops KRAs & KPIs for subordinates. Assist the subordinates to develop andachieve targets.
Projects
Participated in four major studies to improve productivity.
Manufacturing the first nuclear research reactor (LPRR) pool in Saudi Arabia for(KACST).
Supervise various projects such as "COLUMNS, PRESSURE VESSEL, TANKS, SCRAPER TRAPS, REACTORS" for ARAMCO, SABIC, SADARA, SATORB, SWCC andSaudi Electricity Company.
