Building Classification Survey Dubai (BCS)
Conduct Survey and Inspection for all major community of Dubai Including Freehold and Non-freehold lands and give the star rating for BCS including Commercial, Residential and Industrial plots.
Follow and implement the standard method of DLD for inspection & evaluation of properties
Cross check the official documents of contractors, property owners and property management organization
Making infrequent reports for plots having issues.
Updating project progress report (Excel sheet)
Audit for surveyed plots using different media including parcel map (DM & DL no), Makani and Google earth.
Select and Creating parcel maps for different communities of Dubai using ArcGIS
Using satellites images for plots having issues & compare them with parcel maps on ArcGIS
Creating CSV files to assign different community plot to the survey engineers on Building classification survey (BCS) portal
Attend meetings, communicating with property management companies & Tenants for required data.
Soil compaction, Specific Gravity, Atterberg limits, sieve analysis,
California bearing ratio (CBR), Los angeles Abrasion, Shear shrinkage
Dry density, Max Density & Optimum moisture content, Moisture content
Direct shear, Hydrometer analysis, Sand Equivalent, consolidation/Collapse
