I am supporting the Amkinah Group as an Online Marketing and digital marketing strategist. The group has different companies such as Oil and Gas, Mechinical, Engineering, Contracting and Trading. Management roles in IT sector requires a degree that have both IT and management courses. MBA(ITM) was introduced in IIUI in 2007 by keeping in view the future demands of IT industry in Pakistan as well as the whole world. I did research during my last semester which was based in the core issues that organizations were facing during the implementation process of ERP. I made a survey of 25 large and medium sized companies to analyze the situation. I found that the major issue was change management. After completion of my degree I did internship in PTCL which is now under Etisalat control. During those days PTCL was implementing SAP and I got exposure to project. That was a good experience.
