I had worked as Cooperation Officer and my main tasks were:
 Contribute to setting objectives and actively participates in the realization of the set goals with the main focus on cooperation with the National Society.
 Ability in accounting and deal with all financial planning and execution matters (financial reporting/support and monitoring of the NS in the ICRC-supported activities) to build common capacities.
 Assist in the promotion of effective cooperation among various delegation department (especially Administration/Finance, Welcome, Logistics, Maintenance and Management etc).
 Following up on administrative issues on the operational project between ICRC and YRCS; ensures the provision of operational and financial reports by the YRCS on a regular basis and according to established formats and procedures.
 Assist in building the capacity of the YRCS to ensure the relevant implementation of agreed initiatives.
 In accordance with the formally agreed upon ICRC services and Movement partners (PNSs) obligations, the Cooperation Officer endeavors to maximize complementarity of mandates and skills.
 Supports follow-up initiatives of with the Cooperation Coordinator and/or delegate with the Federation delegation on Movement policies/activities in Yemen.
 Assists as a medium of contact between ICRC departments, YRCS departments, PNSs, and the Federation when required.
 Assist in facilitating the participation of National Society participation in national and international meetings/events/internships.
 Participate in delegation efforts aiming at defining its yearly objectives and budget and the implementation of Cooperation objectives according to the PfR document.
 Regular contributions to the delegation reporting requirements - such as WOR, MIR etc.
 Contribute to the development, including writing, of Cooperation Agreements, MOU, etc with the National Societies and Movement Partners.
 Closely monitor assigned duties in assistance operations, assessments, monitoring, and evaluations; to proactively find solutions to problems that arise, and to work closely with the National Society on the relevant management of the action.
 All over responsible for Cooperation Department's financial/secretarial duties, including financial transaction/ budgeting and reporting/Financial Forecasts; cross-checks all ICRC money transfers, reimbursements to the YRCS, and their submitted statements of accounts covering the National Society Cooperation activities and brings any relevant observation(s) to the Cooperation Delegate, the Administration Department and the NS as may be appropriate.
 Initiates and follows all transactions required for Cooperation with the Administration and Logistics Departments to ensure affective support to the delegation's SO/activities with the National Societies.
