• Smooth delivery of ACTED / GIZ Dialogue Forums, through support to community team leaders and direct oversight of dialogue forums
• Smooth delivery of ACTED / GIZ Helpdesk in Mafraq municipality, ensuring that beneficiary enquiries / complaints are reported and addressed in accordance with SOPs
• Maintain positive working relationships with community team leaders and dialogue forum hosts (e.g. schools, community groups, businesses, religious groups) throughout the project cycle
