- (15 September, 2009- 26 December, 2010), Mercy Corps, Volunteer Educator and a project coordinator: I had the chance to learn how to manage an international project and also how to coordinate summits, conferences, and workshops. I worked with them outside of the country on international summits and I got the chance to be the leader of such projects.
- (1 July, 2010- 15 August, 2010), Zain Company, Internship by LOYAC at Customer Care Department: Having a full training in the Retention part, the Customer services part, and how to use their systems. I had the chance to work with excel sheets in an advanced level and how to make daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports. I also worked with their support teams.
- (January, 2007- January, 2008), Dar AL-Kathem Orphanage, English teacher for Orphans: I assisted them in their English and I helped them to be more involved with the language.
