• To maintain stable application Support for the Sales & Trading business units
• Providing 1st level troubleshooting support on both software & hardware, OS, applications and remote devices
• Training the End Users about the Business process in the Application.
• Configure the Application in accordance with Business requirements.
• Checking the network Connectivity in the Application between the client and server.
• Providing Functional support to current and new business applications.
• Installing Citrix application and configure the same with the Application.
• Manage outages with urgency, quick, yet prudent problem resolutions, engaging the necessary IT groups
• Perform testing, user piloting and deployment on both software & hardware
• To Update and prepare troubleshoot documentation for all the necessary changes
• Perform root cause analysis and suggestion to the vendor/other IT teams to reduce recurring issues
• Supporting the End users through E-Mail, phone and Remote PC.
• Act as a liaison between the Business Users, vendors, and other Enterprise Infrastructure groups
• Coordinating with technical team for any technical issues/ bug/ New requirements in the Application required by the business entity
Developing reports using Crystal Report 9.0 and submitting the template to technical support team for further analysis and integrating with the Great Plains Application
Understanding the requirements of Financial Management, preparing analysis and deliver it to technical team for further enhancements and development.
Extracting DATA analysis report from Great Plains, convert the same file to excel. Make proper analysis; validate it and sending the file to end users for further rectification.
Testing any new functionality of the Business process and provide feedback to technical team
Providing support for the analysis of CERNER-GREAT PLAINS integration
• Providing support for an Automobile company based in Bangalore (India)
Studying the Work Flow of the Organization and implementing the functionality in the ERP based Application in coordination with developing team
Configure the Application according to enterprise requirements.
Training the End Users about the functional process.
Supporting the End users through E-Mail, phone and Remote PC.
Testing the ERP Application and provide feedback to developing team for further enhancements in the system
Extracting DATA from the Old Application and uploading into New ERP Application
Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Development team
Participating in defining Business Processes with customers Developing detailed business processes documentations
Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of clients as part of the pre-sales process
Ensure that the developed software is in line with original requirements set by clients or by software manager.
Ensure that adequate documentation is maintained throughout the test cycle
Test and certify the final version prior to live deployment
Report to manager on results of test and on actions taken
