Responsible for CapEx $400 Million Power transmission/ Generation, IT and Telecomm projects to provide new emergency call and response network in all over Oman. Projects involve establishing Network operation centers, Emergency resource management, Ground Based Network (IP/ MPLS), Transmission Backhaul, Computer aided dispatch, IP telephony and Tetra (Data & Voice) radio network. It also includes projects on integrating existing obsolete systems with the new systems.
• Collaborate to focus on priorities, defining investment requirements and the prioritization of projects. Also influence build vs Buy/ Outsource decisions. Collaborate with other organization to utilize the right tools for solutions delivery.
• Review documentation for bidding and oversee selection of third party vendors.
• Allocate resources based on the priorities, shifting as necessary to meet the needs of the business. Manage project resource loading and coordinated disciplines for the technical and project Deliverables.
• Instil an approach of setting and delivering on the goals for key metrics around performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
