Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
• Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies.
• Attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.
• Screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and finally match them to their clients.
• Consultants also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels.
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.

Marketing Responsibilities:
• Negotiating contracts.
• Establishing relationships with new clients through business development and marketing campaigns.
• Visiting current and prospective clients to develop strong relationships.

Human Resources and Administration Responsibilities / Tasks:
• Ensure all policies are in line with the Group policies and comply with the Kuwait Labour Law.
• Establish effective recruitment and selection procedures to ensure that systems are in place that enable candidates to be assessed effectively and to ensure that vacancies are filled by the most appropriate people and in the most cost-effective manner.
• Oversee the recruiting process, interviewing, selection and placement of applicants for employment and liaise with external employment agencies and recruiters.
• Ensure all appointments, promotions, probationary reviews, transfers are done as per company procedures and Kuwait Labor Law requirements.
• Prepare sick, absent, overtime and leave reports for the management as and when required.
• Administer and maintain the update and distribution of the Employee Handbook and ensure it is in line with the Labor Law.
