Assisted and supported management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
Performing HR related administrational work as per the instruction of HR Manager.

Preparing and updation job description and job specification for as per the divisional head.

Daily retrieving employees attendance report and sending the report the different head of the departments.
Supported processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, informed Human Resources management.
Conducting job evaluations and preparing Skill & Competency Matrix.
Coordinate with Payroll Coordinator to initiate payroll transfer or leave balance adjustment applicable to the circumstance
Handling all kinds of employees queries and complaints. Confirmation Appraisals of employees and feedback sessions with Managers
Keeping track of employees activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, transfer and their separation.Updating the employees from time to time about the company policies and changes if there is any.
Explaining insurance coverage and other benefits to employees.
Prepare joining reports/cash advance for newly joined employees.
Updating Penalties / Cash Advances / Leave Deductions in Payroll.
• Responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit, and for providing full administrative support to the HR Managers. Also involved in the day to day-to-day running of the HR office.
• Co - Ordinate with HODs and manpower consultants for requirement.
• End to end recruitment process which includes sourcing, tele screening, interview scheduling, face to face interviewing, follow up with technical rounds, and written tests, offering and negotiation with the pay scale
• Issuing appointment orders, appraisal letters, confirmation letters, & ID cards.
• Created and maintained new hire personnel files and entered them into Human Resources Information Management Systems.
• Maintaining all Personal files, Confidential files and leave records of all staff.
• Involved in handling payroll processing of all employees with the correspondence like, biometric details, OD and Movement order details for the leave management and for the issue of salary, and henceforth issuing pay slip for all the employees.
• Carrying out various kinds of welfare activities to boost employees morale. Organizing various events like staff party, birthday celebration, rewards and recognition program for employees benefit. Arranging for the full and final settlement of the relieving employees.
• Arranging travel ticket for on duty staff member and reimbursement of their travel expenditure as per company norms.
