Working as a helpdesk (Level 1, Level 2 and 3) for all problems regarding software and hardware issues, managing all windows systems.
Maintaining licensing of all system paid services.
Checking out all network efficiency and performance issues so that the network is always stable and all the data flow is under control, safe and secure.
Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.
Develop and implement an IT assets system, security system for all Albaker groups of companies.
Handle all external communication with suppliers, research and purchase handling of all IT related equipment’s and supervising installation.
Authorize and supervise security devices as CCTV.
Support employee’s requests and follow up with them in regards to issues.
Ensure back-up systems operate efficiently.24/7 employee support handing for all IT related issues and immediate problem solving.
Organize meeting with clients and management for IT supplies of companies various projects.
Purchase software for project requirement.
Developing new customized codes in Python for Plugin support for 3D Modeling.
Authorized to Develop, Design and Update Websites of Albaker Architects and sister companies.
Procurement Handling of IT Departments,
Provide Support for employees in various work site locations in Qatar.
Analyze issues and allocating engineers or technicians upon require-ments,
Server maintenance and backup handling.
Provide ERP support for users in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Produce creative ideas, Design and planning with clients requirements.
Create fundamental algorithms and develop codes for web.
Database formations, core programming and customizing.
Customizing ERP software’s according to client demands using Adempire ERP.
Handle and develop new ERP modules in finance, HR, Purchase, etc.ERP functional analyzing and testing.
