Monitoring and controlling all Administrative & Personnel functions; implementation of quality management policy and procedures in coordination with the respective Department Heads and QHSE, And ensure that company employment, hiring, promotion, compensation, performance appraisals, termination and disciplinary policies and procedures are executed in a fair and impartial manner and in compliance with labor law.
Ensuring that the Company is compliant with legal requirements relating to licenses, registrations, certifications, employment contracts and sponsorships.
Directly dealing with local authorities and other organizations for major and complicated matters and keeping Management up-to-date on any changes on government rules and regulations concerning the Company and employees.
Identifying staff & Labor requirements.
Developing standard policies and procedures for the department in optimizing output.
Maintaining liaison and provide advisory support to other departments, divisions, and subsidiary units as required.
Ensuring all wages and salary related personnel transactions are administered.
Maintaining all company rental agreements/land, camp offices, labor camps, assets, housing, etc.
Ensuring the observance of protocol and sensitivity with full control of Departmental In-House program; HRMS (Human Resources Management System) in updating, monitoring and preparing data inputs i.e., leave settlement, employees’ action sheet, final settlement and transfer within project/area.
Acting as a first point of contact in monitoring Personal Files, Travel Documents, Resident Permits, Visas and other Legal Documents to facilitate and expedite necessary processing.
Coordinating with Accounts Department for payroll disbursement and administration sundry expenses.
Coordinating and facilitates the reception and logistical arrangements for air tickets, transportation and accommodation of all project employees.
Providing orientation and consultation to employees regarding all aspect of the entitled benefits.
Follow up employee yearly promotion, assessments and performance appraisal.
Handling Labor law related matters.
Obtaining & renew requisite permits, licenses etc.
Updating organizational Chart.
Implementing of policies, procedures & grading structure.
Coordinating with Sites on employees’ annual leaves schedules and its approvals, and Monitoring Leave Settlements.
Investigating any grievance complaints of the employees and review with the respective reporting managers.
Salary settlements related to salary disputes of employees for final checking and approval.
