 Supported On-premis server management, AWS infrastructure services and Linux Administration for Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).  Exposure to Linux Server management, Middleware, AWS & VMware, Git, Puppet and AMQ & SNS.  Developed and managed CI/CD pipelines, integrating GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins to automate software delivery processes.  Orchestrated AWS resources, involving EC2, S3, Lambda, ELB and ECS, to optimize performance and scalability.  Involved in various Cloud Performance tests and deployments with Performance Team and have experience in Jmeter & Blazemeter.  Exposure to Content delivery network (CDN) - Fastly and AWS Cloudfront.  Involved in various Application tests and deployments with DevOps Team.  Collaborated closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and continuous improvement.
 Strong hands-on experience in real-time incident management process using Service now & Jira, and providing required solutions.  Create comprehensive documentation for architectural design and deployment
 procedures.
 Identifying, diagnosing, prioritizing, and rapidly resolving system, machine, and network issues in large, heterogeneous, and fast-paced environments
 Customer-centric professional, skills in managing client challenges and providing effective technical support within SLA.  Serve as the primary point of contact for all priority issues and P1 calls within the organization and manage incoming priority calls with Client and other Domain Teams, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.  Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of priority incidents & resolution efforts.
