Handling all Public relations with exhibitors for each exhibition we organize. Finding online agents & exhibitors for our regular annual exhibitions and opening new markets abroad. Handling all concerns for the yearly exhibitions, ex. catalogs, media campaigns, ushers, mailing campaign, etc. Arranging all handouts for the conferences to be held and for exhibitions as well.
Following all import orders from its beg. when the concerned department ask for, till Logistic Manager approve it. Obtain the best offers from various suppliers. Checking which of them suits my company from production timing, shipping, payment method, quality, etc. Following shipment offers with shipping agents and obtaining the best. Reviewing the suppliers accounts in order to settle their dues on time.
