Using Toad for oracle to Access Database, build queries, analyze data to insure database performance & increase productivity.
Handle the supply chain system (G.O.L.D. software, Aldata product).’G.O.L.D’ helps retailers to reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve margins. From master data management, merchandising/assortments, and in-store operations to forecasting and replenishment, logistics/distribution, and supplier management.
Responsible of the reporting tool (Business Objects software), software for creation, viewing and distribution reports to be used by the end user.
Verify database and data integrity.
Develop ideas and propose solutions via new reports based on SQL queries results.
Testing changes in the system & follow up with developer.
Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide.
Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues.
Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs.
Provide reports for other departments in order to take their decisions.
• Motivate and manage staff to ensure maximum output
• Attend and participate in all meeting with the donors.
• Implement strategies and plans that has been developed
• Assist with the research and preparation of field change requests to resolve all the issues.
