-Managing the sales team and make sure they are achieving their target.
-Support the DBE in Sales Strategies
-Ability to develop the relationship with existing customers to improve their satisfaction and loyalty.
-Marketing: prepare a marketing plan within the planed budget, this includes effective advertising, offers, sponsorship, and partnership with manufacturers and campaign that’s help to increase the sales numbers and the awareness of the brand in Qatar.
-Train and lead the sales team to meet their daily, weekly, & yearly KPI and do the assigned tasks in professional way and as per AL-Futtaim Group standers.
-Customer Focused: The primary focus is to provide a delightful experience to our customers and where possible is prepared to go the extra mile. Also, genuinely seeks customer feedback on our performance and their feedback to improve their performance.
-Point of escalation for any complaint, issue and make sure that corrective action is in place from the respectful department.
-Prepare weekly Sales report and Quarterly board report.
-Interview new candidate as per the business requirements and standers
