Scope of Work;
1. Liaison with Federal Government agencies for the proposal and budget approval.
2. Liaison with Federal Government agencies for project planning and implementation.
3. Liaison with Local Authorities for submission and approval plan.
4. Managing the projects from start to completion and close account.
5. Managing the tender exercise and construction contract.
6. Lead and coordinate with all parties involved in the projects.
7. Managing and close monitor construction activities on site.
8. Reporting to Head of Department/ management.

Projects Proposed at Bandar Putra, Kulaijaya, Johor such as infra works, bungalows, semi-d, terrace houses, shops, apartment service, school, restaurant, alfresco etc.
-Reporting to the top management for all the projects involved.
-Managing, coordinate and monitoring all consultants for the design, planning, submission and construction until CCC/CF.
-Liaise with Sales and Marketing Dept for issue related and requirements.
-Coordinating with Contract Dept and consultants for tendering and projects award.
-To monitor and ensure the supervision and QA/QC team to comply the quality of works, drawing and specification in contract.
-To chair related meeting and coordinate with all the issues between contractor and client.
-To liaise with PBT and utilities such as TNB, SAJ, TEL for the plan submission and application.
-To coordinate and monitoring all the consultants for design, submission and construction issues.
-To coordinate and ensure the contractor comply to the needs or client requirement, specification and contract.
-To monitor the work progress and cost as per in contract as well with the safety on site.

Proposed and Completion of ProJET (M) Sdn.Bhd (Petrol kiosk and Conveniences Store)at Johor, Kajang and Seremban. Dealing with local council regarding submission and approval of Development Order, Building Plan and C.F. Application for Telekom, TNB and SAJ.
Had experience of site works for the construction of petrol kiosk. Coordination and monitoring with contractors, suppliers and vendors. Handover to marketing. Did some maintenance.
Degree of Civil Engineering from University Technology Malaysia. The grade is 2nd Lower Class.
