To guide the site team for any mis-handling of Heavy Equipment’s at site, in order to reduce the breakdown and operational costs.  Lead and supervise multiple Engineers & foremen.  Provide leadership to Operators met through effective communication, coaching, planning and directing.  Responsible for Safety leadership and compliance including facilitating training presentations for the operators, with third party companies.  Providing the Safety documents as per the Projects requirement and maintaining validated records.  Obliging the site with required equipment’s which are available at workshop or by lease as required.  Mobilisation of equipment’s between Project and Workshop as per their requirements.  Regulating monthly reports for the Violations done by operators/drivers and instruct them, also to issue warning letter if required.  Examining the monthly equipment’s timesheet and processing for the approval from Project Head.  Assigning tasks for the transportation and provide direction to the department, while ensuring logistics processes are met within established timelines.  Inspecting the Equipment’s & Operators at project site to ensure they are working in proper conditions.  Follow up and excellent co-ordination with various professionals within or outside engineering sector.

 Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations and workshop maintenance procedures.
 Prepare Daily log sheets, Weekly, Monthly maintenance reports and breakdown history card for vehicles.
 Ensuring best practice in all procedures and processes that involve the operation of all facilities linked to the maintenance in order to achieve greater results in the working of Equipment’s.
