• Working with the executive team (CXOs) and the leaders throughout the company to build the strategy and portfolio planning process for the company based on industry best practices.

• Responsible to identify the strategic - cost optimization, process improvement and risk mitigation measures directing towards various in-house functions / departments like HR and Administration, Manufacturing, QA, and SCM.
• Experienced in formulating the specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency of the departments and functions.
• Strong PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Training new joiners and make them productive so that they can work more efficiently and flawlessly from day one.
• Primarily responsible for planning, overseeing and providing leadership on Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, new offering launches (analysis & market testing), sales enablement, developing key partnerships, performing competition analysis, market research, market intelligence and insight reports.

• Primarily responsible for performing secondary market and business research via different databases and open internet search.
