• To support distribution of shipments in the operations by efficiently receiving, sorting, scanning, and labelling
• Ensure that shipments are handled in a proper and safe manner so that no damages occur
• Expedite loading & unloading of vehicles
• Scan and capture each and every shipment on the system
• Reconcile inbound, outbound, and transit shipments against the run sheet
• Ensure damage or shortages and reported to team leader or supervisor
• Scan and label shipments
• Sort and segregating bulk and small Shipments into appropriate areas based on their status
• Follow SOP and best safety practices while handling shipments

• To place orders and comply with the purchasing process
• To ensure proper coordination with the technician and Logistics team for timely collection, deliveries and dispatch without any discrepancy
• Responsible for the security of inventory and assist in external stock audits and carry out regular stock inspections to ensure minimal discrepancies
• Assist analyzing current inventory, spot-checking to ensure that actual inventory coincides with the actual inventory, checking on back orders, order follow ups etc
