In ADNIC, I am responsible for creating and implementing E-Commerce solutions and managing ADNIC’s corporate-wide initiatives as per the strategic plan, timelines and budget, as well as strategic sourcing and managing third party vendors/consultants and part of the Executive Management team. I have implemented and managed large transformation activities across the company. Being the first, oldest and largest Insurance Company in the UAE, the change management was challenging and this was successfully achieved with strong program management process.

I completed the IT Business plan and instrumental in setting up IT Landscape in the Organization.
