Responsible for developing & implementing the Operational excellence in the Industrial Training Department within Saudi Aramco-kingdom wise .

Operational Excellence Project Comprises 13 different modules with more than 38 processes in different functional areas such as leadership & accountability, Policies & strategies, customer focus, Human resources, Process management, innovation learning & continuous improvement, management of change business continuity, Knowledge transfer, information & documentation management, Bench-marking, corporate social responsibilities.

Owner of the Risk management Element, Risk management element will ensure Effective managing of potential Risks through identifying Risks, analysis & evaluation of risk - treatment actions and monitoring and review.
The risk management element covers all operational functions within the Department including strategy, finance, HSE etc…

Owner of OE element Emergency preparedness development & implementation within 10 different areas in all regions within kingdom. Emergency preparedness process include establishing plans, forming and training responders ERT, developing emergency credible scenarios, conducting drills, monitoring performance by tracking the critique meetings findings recommendations.

Construct (Safety Health & Environment Management system) SHEMs which covers overall needs and requirements of any organization seeks to meets the highest standards in the safety industry. SHEMs will meet the requirements of the international and local standards ( Civil defence, GOSI, SIDF, SASO, insurance requirements .etc….)
Develop QMS systems to ensure the Quality assurance as per ISO and other quality models standards regulations .
Implement various methodologies and techniques to improve the quality assurance to control wastes …( i.e, quality management tools ( flowcharts, Pareto charts, histograms, cause and effects, etc….)
Conduct (HIRA) Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment to identify risk associated in the workplace, develop and implement course of action in order to terminate/transfer/treat the risk and hazard.
Implement various strategic and tactical plans that aim to create a culture foster safety & quality.
Deliver safety & quality training/ awareness sessions for all the levels in the organization.
Develop Multi level KPIs to guarantee that vision and mission of the organization will be achieved and the goals will be met by having zero accident zero incident, zero injury.
Implementing Continual Improvement Program, to ensure the continuous elimination of hazards within the workplace, and to ensure the preparedness and readiness to deal with any type of risk or emergency.
Form /train and lead the ERT (emergency response team).
Develop training materials and handbooks, to be used as guidance for the staff to improve their competencies for doing their jobs in safe and professional manner.
Leading the steer accident and incident committee, analyze accident root and contributed causes, take the corrective, remedial, preventive actions to avoid it.
Responsible for the readiness fire fighting and alarm systems .
Develop programs and conduct training for fire prevention and fire fighting and evacuations.
Responsible for Waste management policies, procedure ( development and implementation ).
Investigation of accident, incident or theft cases and implement CA/PA s to avoid it .
Prepare annual plans for the department including financial budgeting .

Overall Management of the SHEQ department.
Develop the SHEQ system, policies and procedures, with reference to the international standards (ISO, OSHA, ANSI CSA etc...).
Ensure the implementation of the company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular internal audits within all the regions (Eastern, Western) and provide solutions for continual improvement program.
Perform risk assessment for all the branches and provide the actions to mitigate the risk.
Initiate Safety Awareness Program (SAP) to encourage safety practices, to improve safety awareness to avoid accidents within the organization.
Develop policies and procedures, forms, reports etc. Required to ensure that the compliance with required safe work practices.
Develop training materials and handbooks, to be used as guidance for the staff and help them to improve their competencies to do the jobs in safe and professional manner.
Conduct regular safety training, awareness sessions for staff.
Monthly preparation and distribution of the safety tips for the staff.
Provide the staff with the required personal protective equipment.
Conduct monthly inspection for terminals, and find out any safety lapses and do the required preventive /corrective actions.
Monthly participation in the accident/incident steering committee, analyze the accidents and find root causes, and provide the course of actions to reduce the possibility of its occurrence.

Managing all the activities in service center that provided the maintenance services for different type of vehicles including small vehicles, trucks, forklifts, heavy equipments.
Set up the entire functional system for the service center.
Ensure the high quality of services delivered to the clients .
Develop required quality control procedures and ensure its implementation.
Ensure that all different activities and tasks are being performed within safe and healthy environment.
Provide staff with the required PPEs .
Provide and install the required fire fighting tools, systems in the service center.

Managing all the activities within workshop including leading a team of technicians, planning, organizing and distributing of the daily jobs, tasks and responsibilities among the team.
Responsible for the quality control for all activities and services provided by the workshop to the different clients.
Ensure that all different activities and tasks are performed within safe and healthy environment.
Provide the staff with required safe work practices, safety precautions .
Provide the staff with the required PPEs .
Regular inspection for the firefighting equipments.
Monthly inspection of workshop to identify and rectify the safety lapses.

Develop the schedules for the fleet preventive/ regular maintenance.
Complete the preventive / regular maintenance for the different types of equipments ( Trucks, Trailers, Forklifts ).
Ensure the fleet availability and readiness to work, and meet the targeted benchmarks by reducing the downtime.
Report all accident cases to management.
Perform monthly accidents / incidents analysis, study the root causes and provide recommendation and actions to avoid accidents.
Participate in the monthly safety meetings.
Conduct training sessions for the fleet maintenance team to ensure their understanding of the safe work practices.
Provide the fleet maintenance team with the required PPEs.
Regular inspection and provision of the fire fighting tools and equipments required for the workshop
