Key Projects to Credit:
• 2012 - 2014: Kuwait MEW 4494 project pipeline from Azzour to Mina Abdullah: The project covered about 139 Kilo Meters of DN 1600 mm fresh water pipelines.
• 2008 - 2010: Qatar Ashgal Doha North project: The project covered 110 Kilo Meters of DN 1600 mm sewage and Treated Sewage Effluent pipelines including pumping stations and sewage treatment plants.
• 2006 - 2007: UAE ADWEA Water Transmission line between Taweela and Umm Al Nar: The project covered 50 Kilo Meters of DN 1600 mm, and 20 Kilo Meters of DN 1200 mm water pipeline.
• 2006 - 2007: Qatar Kahramaa Ras Laffan B water Transmission line - The project covered about 67 Kilo Meters of DN 1600 mm water pipelines - Client: Kahramaa, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the qualification process and ensure that the company is included in the vendor list of all major clients across the region.
• Provide guidance to a team of engineers and technicians to render technical services to internal and external clients of the company.
• Coordinate with consultants and end users, such as government authorities, water supply companies to recommend company’s products by providing them with the supporting technical details and involving them in technical discussion to highlight the technical features of the company products.
• Prepare technical submittals for ductile iron pipes and valves and follow up for approval for all new projects by appropriate authority in the Gulf area.
• Follow up with the contractors and consultant on technical matters, including assistance in design, installation training, transportation support and all after sales complaints relating to the company’s supply of pipes, fittings and valves in the Gulf region.
• Attend to all after sales customer complaints on company supplied products, such as pipes and valves, and ensure that they are resolved to full customer satisfaction.
• Plan and organize training for customers and new staff members on the product specification and installation for their full familiarization.
• Actively participate in the SG PAM Executive committee meetings, in which the decisions are taken and sales strategy of the region is formulated.
• Organize and conduct technical seminar to promote the company’s technical innovations and promote the use of ductile iron in future projects.
• Conduct total cost of ownership studies and share with the end users to justify the choice of ductile iron as preferred material for water and treated water pipelines.
• In-charge of selecting qualified subcontractors to carry out maintenance and repair operations on pipes, fittings and valves.
• Guide the estimation department regarding the range of best products of the company to be offered after consulting the factory for products not on the company standard range.

Key Projects to Credit:
• Replacement of A.C. pipes at Sila, Ghayathy and Dalma Island - The project consisted of design of ductile iron water pipeline network, main pumping lines, laying of different sizes of pipes, construction of chambers, testing, disinfection, connection to existing services and providing sector measuring points at different locations in Dalma Island.
• Urgent Improvement of Water Works, Stage 1 and Stage 2 - The project consisted of laying down of different sizes of pipelines inside Abu Dhabi city, arranging work permits and clearances from governments and private agencies, namely, Transco, Municipality (Irrigation section and Road Section).
• Water Supply to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Butty Farm, Liwa - The project covered laying of 14 Kilo Meters of 225 mm OD HDPE pipeline and directional drilling under asphalt road.

Key Responsibilities:
• Designed network for pipelines, pumping pipe lines, chambers for seeking necessary approval from appropriate authorities and undertaking pipeline laying work.
• Undertook laying down of pipelines and construction of chambers, connection to existing services as per approved design and drawings.
• Carried out disinfection and testing of the system, installation of sector measuring points and maintained all project documents, ISO documents and testing records for future reference.
• Provided training to pipe fitters and foremen on use of both automatic as well as manual HDPE welding machine for use during the project.
• Arranged permissions and work permits from various governments departments and private agencies in order to execute the work as per laid down procedures.
• Prepared daily and weekly production sheets, monthly bills along with back up sheets for submission for timely release of payments.
• Prepared As built drawings, reconciliation sheets, made project correspondence with various internal departments, government authorities and private agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertook installation of fittings and valves inside irrigation chambers at different project sites and closely supervised the work for conformance to quality.
• Erected and laid down glass reinforced plastic, unplasticized poly vinyl chloride pipes, ductile iron pipes of 100 mm to 800 mm diameters and connected them to the existing DI and AC pipelines.
• Carried out supply, installation, pressure testing and commissioning of transmission pipelines under existing roads and sewerage lining work
• Developed preventive maintenance schedules and check lists of cranes, excavators, loaders, centrifugal and diaphragm pumps and implemented the schedule very meticulously.
• Ensured necessary corrective maintenance in coordination with the user department based on inspection findings during preventive maintenance to minimize sudden breakdowns.
• Fabricated various steel structures, fittings, flanges as per actual requirements ensuring conformance to quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carried out inspection and checked the condition of the drilling products, made necessary adjustments before sending them out to drilling sites.
• Checked the condition of the various measuring equipments, assemblies and parts used during drilling work and undertook necessary repairs.
• Edited the existing drawings using AutoCAD 13 to make them up to date as per the actual latest physical condition of the machines and parts to make them relevant.
• Maintained test data, inspection reports, non conformance reports, shift reports on works completed and pending work lists.
• Disassembled, checked condition of various parts and assemblies carried out rectification work and assembled back the machines.
• Prepared maintenance and repair work schedule of all the jobs in hand and shared with all concerned for information on likely readiness date of the drilling rigs and measuring equipment.
