o Responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hotel Corporate Strategies and brand standards,
whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
o Responsible for the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating
Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and
grounds in optimum condition.
o Knowledge in preventive maintenance program and special projects valuable.
o Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift
management
o Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
o Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements

