Duties & Responsibilities:

Study the drawings and tender documents (B.O.Q, specification)
Inform the project Manager for any defects or deficiencies in writing to avoid them
Review the calculations of Payments for the contractor according to the tender documents
Estimation of progress percentage for the work done at the site .
Review the bids for the additional works
Estimation of the actual quantity calculations for each discipline at the site
Estimation of Engineering calculations for each discipline using AutoCAD program
Implementation of the project of high quality items and the latest methods of technology.
Preparing periodic reports (monthly, weekly, daily)
Submit periodic reports to the implementation of the project to the Beneficiary.
Timely implementation of all project items and The same costs and prices agreed
The Target of the project's success is the satisfaction of the end user to project
Checking the Quantities submitted from the main Contractor .
Checking the Monthly invoices submitted from the main Contractor .
Preparing monthly reports for the client & Management office .

Preparing Quantities & Reviewing with Consultant .

Change Orders preparation ( Price analysis & BOQ for the new items ) .
Controlling the Documents & filling system management .
Negotiation with the consultant & client for the change orders .

أعمال حساب الكميات وأعمال المستخلصات الشهرية لمقاولى الباطن والمالك والمشاركه فى اعمال الرسومات التنفيذية والمشاركة فى اعمال التقارير الشهرية وكل ما يتطلب من اعمال مستجده .
- اعداد دفاتر حصر الكميات طبقا لبنود العقد و مراجعتها مع استشاري المشروع .
- اعداد مستخلصات العميل الشهرية .
- اعداد مستخلصات مقاولي الباطن .
- اعداد الأوامر التغييرية لبنود الأعمال المستحدثة ) حساب الكميات طبقا للمخططات, تحليل الأسعار طبقا لعروض الأسعار واعداد جداول الكميات للبنود المستحدثة (.
- تنظيم مستندات المشروع و الحفظ .
- التفاوض مع الأستشاري و العميل فيما يخص جميع الأوامر التغييرية .

القيام بجميع اعمال حساب الكميات للمشروع بالإضافة الى عمل المستخلصات الشهرية لمقاولى الباطن والمستخلص الخاص بالمالك وبالإضافه الى المشاركه فى بعض أعمال الرسومات التنفيذيه وايضا التقارير الشهر وكل ما يستجد من أعمال

Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation of a methodology for achieving the objectives of the project with high quality and less expensive.
Material contract examination and provide actual costs to implement (budget).
Materials and equipment the task status table showing substantive and regular employment.
Maintain a permanent register of invoices issued and all.
Periodic reports are prepared weekly and monthly on the progress of work and to inform the landlord about any problem.
Number, in the first instance, quantities of materials required for implementation, the work performed and recorded in book numbered and counted to indicate manufacture in invoices.
The preparation of the final bill and final delivery.
Direct the Assistant team (supervisors-surveyors etc). And define the role and functions of each.
Assessing the needs of the changing and invention work items, and the preparation of the relevant orders, review subsequent amendments in descriptions and plans.
