• Successfully analyse and interpret laboratory results to help diagnose and treat patients in a timely manner.
• Perform quality control tests and monitor operations to ensure accuracy of laboratory results.
• Maintain records of patient specimen and test data using the laboratory information system.
• Coordinate laboratory workflow to ensure timely completion of laboratory requests.
• Collaborate closely with biologists and physicians to review test results and address any questions or concerns.
• Conduct training to new staff technicians and provide support when necessary.
• Organize, store and examine +50 patient samples daily in a safe and efficient manner.
• Attend and participate in medical biology events in several cities around Morocco.
• Maintain reception area in orderly manner to provide patients with positive first impression.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from Drs, Patients, technicians and other staff.
• Receive patient and welcome them warmly
• Assist patients with information related to the Lab services
• Booking appointement for blood collection at home
• Resolves workqueues within acceptable timeframes to ensure scheduling for patient’s appointment is not delayed.
• Collect personal information, open a new file for the new patients
• Problems solving with patients in a professional manner.
• Maintain patient’s records using EMR -KALISIL software.
• Receive blood samples from hospitals and /or laboratories, ensure the validity of the sample, label it and deliver it to the technical service.
• Utilize excellent organisational skills to prioritize workloads, ensuring efficient workflow in the lab.
• Verify patient files after the results have been released, print and store in locked file boxes to ensure 100% patient confidentiality.
• Processing payments using Cash/Card and provide the patients with an invoice.
• Fill out the ensurance covrage form
• Receive feedback from patients and escalating to the concern department.
• Assuring the satisfaction of all patients in using all Lab services.
• Participate in continuing education through self-study, Training and attending in-services and off-site lectures and meetings.
