• Initiate, review, approve modifications and designs related to low current systems mainly MSN and surveillance projects, including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, equipment specifications, schedules, and staffing.
• Identify, review, select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
• Write technical document (RFP and Unification document) related to surveillance and public address systems.
• Conduct cost analyses and work breakdown for the construction of surveillance systems which include more than 2500 IP camera different types (PTZ, Dom, bullet and panoramic) and model, video management system with analytic engine, NAS storage, servers and video wall.
• Participated in the telecom work design (fire system, public address, telephone, clock and Data systems) for the new station.
• Build a huge Data network in all metro station using fiber cables with central administration and monitoring Data center (more than 500 node and 3000 outlet)
• Implement over 2000 cameras "PTZ, Dom, bullet and panoramic " over VMS and NAS storage from EMC2
• Follow up the implementation and installation phases including Fiber cable connection layout design and laying through (digging, cable tray, Pipes underway crossing and manhole).
• Implemented the LAN with its preparation accessories (PVC, flexible, faceplates, patch panels, Racks).
• Make all require configuration for all switches (core, distribution, wireless AP and edge).
• IP telephone system, call recording and fax-nation system
