SUPERVISION AND INSPECTIONS OF ALL SITE ACTIVITIES ON ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE (including Construction of Manholes, Open cut and Micro tunnelling for Stormwater, Foul sewer network and TSE network)

Supervise all site activities from site preparations, clearing and grabbing and excavation, installation of storm water, irrigation, and sub soil drainage pipeline Network, testing, commissioning, backfilling, construction of Manholes and Inspection Chambers. Construction of footpaths’ involved decorative interlocks, different kinds of curbstone, Surface water inlets,
Perform QA/QC jobs, witnessing sampling and testing of materials by third party laboratories. Monitor as per RFI/RFA contractor’s activities, reviewing contractual specifications, method statements, ITPs, Drawings to identify issues and informing the Site Superintendent/ Construction Manager and raising Site Observations, NCRs, Near Miss Reports and safety violation reports to contractor when necessary. Preparing daily logs, project photographs and videos keeping the whole team well informed on the contractors activities within the work shift.

Supervise all site ground activities from site preparations, trial trenching to confirm obstructing utilities in aid in pre-permitting, Installation of District Cooling Pipe Distribution Network Including excavation of trenches 3 to 7M in depth, sheet pilling where it necessary to protect benchs, laying of various dia (250mm to 1600mm) Steel pipes, construction of chambers, backfilling of trenches after testing and approval of pipe works. Reinstatement of existing infra-structure including all utilities services, Storm water line network, Road structure, footpath and parking etc.
Preparing daily reports, project photographs and videos and perform QA/QC jobs. Raising NCRs, Site Observations, where work is not in agreement with contractual documents. Reviewing shop drawings, Method statements, Material delivery’s and samples.

Supervise Construction of Quay Wall including casting of different types of pre-cast concrete blocks (30 to 40tons), Excavation and dredging for water channel in dry and wet (under sea) area, placing of rock and gravel for foundations, placing of blocks in different layers, placing of geo-textile membrane behind quay wall, back filling along Q-wall land side, placing of anti-scour rock sea side, preparation of beach using rock and sand, sheet pile work and construction of coffer dams during marine works.
Supervise roads and bridges construction including diversion and /or protection of impacted utilities as telecommunication, electricity, Optical fiber, natural gas, potable water, irrigation and storm water drainage including associated chambers. Supervise the road crossings multi services mains by horizontal directional drilling method.

Work involved construction of internal and main roads, traffic signs, cutting and filling of plots, heavy storm water channel, culverts, drainage pipelines with manholes, overhead and undergrounds water tanks having capacity 0.1-0.3 million gallons, foot paths, center medians, and streetlights.
