• Responsibilities Documentation with Customs and other Authorities pre and post Call of a vessel
• Relating with all Authorities on vessel and cargo operational Issues,
• Cargo equipment tracking
•Following up with Finance department to confirm payment status
• Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
• Customer requirement identification
• Managing logistics websites and transport (Analysis, Anticipation, and Organization).
• Opening and monitoring files, setting performance activities upstream and downstream transport, monitoring the arrived and non-arrived containers monitoring ships
• Negotiation of tariffs of logistics and transports services (ground, Sea and Air) and organization of circuits with suppliers according to INCOTERM.
