Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading and delivery of all the Mechanical related work on the project ensuring that all works follow project documents and local / international regulations.
• Attend coordination meeting with all stake holders and contractors for design coordination and development.
• Attending design meeting and progress meeting with client, providing technical solutions in compliance with the contract.

• Review and approval of engineering contractor and subcontractor packages.
• Ensures that the mechanical drawings are in line and coordinated with other discipline design drawings of the
project prior proceeding with work and to highlight to the project manager any discrepancies for necessary corrections.
• Conducts site visits to advise Project Managers of any field issues and attends any co-ordination meetings required.
• Advises Project Manager on requirements and programming of all services and co-ordinates the actions of contractor, the relevant authorities and all other subcontractors and services involved.
• Assist and provides necessary data/information required by the project manager for the Preparation of reports (includes labor and supervision, plant and equipment, status, site progress, amendments, delays, etc.) for submission to Client.

Highlight any design, coordination or progress issue and propose solutions to achieve planned schedule target. Ensure that all ACMV & Fire Fighting documents are complying with Civil defense requirement, assist Civil defense personnel during official inspections and comply with comments for revisit.
