Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading and delivery of all the Mechanical related work on the project ensuring that all works follow project documents and local / international regulations.
• Attend coordination meeting with all stake holders and contractors for design coordination and development.
• Attending design meeting and progress meeting with client, providing technical solutions in compliance with the contract.
• Preparation and issuance of all correspondence related to MEP activities to the Client, Authorities, Contractors, and other Stakeholders.
• Coordinate between client, design consultant and contractor for any design related issues / updates.
• Reply to technical quarries / RFI raised by contractor.
• Report any noncompliance with site observation reports, corrective action reports and nonconformance reports.
• Responsible for the review of IFC drawings, calculations, pre-qualifications, material submittals, method statements, ITP’s O&M Manuals etc.
• Project technical quality reviews, managing scope, financial control, resource allocation, Implementation of integrated design management approach, according to project vision, ensuring engineering solution is efficient and economical.
• Review and approval of engineering contractor and subcontractor packages.
• Ensures that the mechanical drawings are in line and coordinated with other discipline design drawings of the
project prior proceeding with work and to highlight to the project manager any discrepancies for necessary corrections.
• Conducts site visits to advise Project Managers of any field issues and attends any co-ordination meetings required.
• Advises Project Manager on requirements and programming of all services and co-ordinates the actions of contractor, the relevant authorities and all other subcontractors and services involved.
• Assist and provides necessary data/information required by the project manager for the Preparation of reports (includes labor and supervision, plant and equipment, status, site progress, amendments, delays, etc.) for submission to Client.
• Responsible for the management of construction and commissioning activities, including maintaining construction schedules, ensuring quality assurance, and monitoring field progress.
• Coordination of quality and development of business process, along with business requirements documents.
• Recommend and verify effective implementation of corrective action to quality issues, in coordination with section, department management and other stakeholders.
• Interface with the Contracts Department to raise awareness of activities that may have Cost and/or Scheduling impacts.

Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in design reviews and technical workshops.
• Closely Review HVAC /District cooling/Fire Fighting/Plumbing System’s design prior to submission.
• Review and approve MEP Subcontractor`s work and ensure compliance with contract, project specifications, relevant codes and standards, design philosophy, and best practices.
• Closely Review Heat Load Calculation, Duct & CHW Piping design, Expansion Tank Calculation, ESP, Pump Head loss calculation, Fire Pump capacity, BACS Design etc.
• Review and submit Shop drawing made from design drawing (IFC), considering the MEP, Structural & Architectural drawings along with calculations for approval from consultant.
• Review ESP, Pump Head loss calculation.

Follow up with material supplier for any documents / material so that the materials are delivered at site before target dates, further carry out inspection for the delivered materials at site and ensure that all batches of delivered materials are as per attached test reports.
• Execute, monitor, and control all installation works for Fire Fighting, HVAC, Irrigation, Plumbing and Drainage. Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with project documents, and local / international codes.
• Follow room by room progress work and update the progress in meetings and discuss with related department, subcontractors for the reason for delay and coordinate for solutions between Civil and MEP department. Highlight any design, coordination or progress issue and propose solutions to achieve planned schedule target. Ensure that all ACMV & Fire Fighting documents are complying with Civil defense requirement, assist Civil defense personnel during official inspections and comply with comments for revisit.
• Coordinate, track and prioritize the civil clearance Ensure that the Mechanical services are installed beforehand so that Clearances are approved in advance.
• Carried out installation and commissioning activities for MEP works.
• Ensuring all documents related to project handing over are submitted (for e.g., Operation & Maintenance Manuals, As-Built drawings, DC-2 drawings, Training Manuals etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
• Report to MEP Manager at site, attend site coordination meetings, progress meetings, and design coordination meetings.
• Responsible for HVAC, FF & Plumbing & Drainage installation at site.
• Supervise Co-Ordination, slab builders’ drawings with civil department for Shaft Openings and Sleeves.
• Prepare daily, monthly and weekly site progress report.
• Monthly and weekly take material stock report from Storekeeper to ensure that all materials are available at site for current and one month look ahead site installation activities.

• To monitor work progress of MEP Subcontractor at site in accordance with scheduled program and to achieve
the quality of work.
• To inspect and review site inspection & material inspection requests of the MEP contractor.
• To coordinate with consultant for site & material inspections.
• To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed according to the contract
requirements.
• To issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to MEP Subcontractor for any Noncompliance to Quality system
and procedures.
• Reporting to Project manager regarding daily progress of work and plan for the next working days & informing
