§ Running the site from setup to completion, controlling all aspects of site operations & management.
§ Ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budget, and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays.
§ Liaise with PQS & PM to review cost related issues like budgets, allowances, subcontractor prices, variation claims etc.
§ Discuss Material Procurement schedule to meet program requirement to avoid delays.
