§ Running the site from setup to completion, controlling all aspects of site operations & management.
§ Ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budget, and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays.
§ Liaise with PQS & PM to review cost related issues like budgets, allowances, subcontractor prices, variation claims etc.
§ Discuss Material Procurement schedule to meet program requirement to avoid delays.
§ Proper calculations for material requirement.
§ Requisitioning materials.
§ Assist in preparation of Main Contract Program & monitor - clause 14 or similar.
§ Forecast labour & plant.
§ Set Targets and Monitor Productivity/Performance of labour & Sub Contractors.
§ Regular site meetings with project teams, professionals, including quantity surveyors, site services engineers, site road engineer, foremen and subcontractors.
§ Prepare or assist Method Statements and all other site documentation.
§ Compile accurate monthly reports for Client and HO reflecting accurately the work to date.
§ Carry out the Coordination of information & technical matters
§ Maintaining strict quality control procedures - this necessitates regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, and frequent tours of the site.
§ Conducting regular site safety checks.
§ Draft letters for approval of PM.
§ Prepare drawings and arrange Construction NOC.
§ § To plan the project implementation in details.
§ Prepare job description for other team members.
§ Ensure smoothly execution of the plan duly complying with work schedule as well as quality.

§ Supervision to implement bored piles for bridges.
§ Earthwork calculation with drawing by self-made package.
§ Responsible for the Construction a 9 (nine) storied building.
§ Design of Multi Storied Building.
§ Quantity survey.
§ Procurement of construction Materials.
§ Survey, Layout.
§ Supervision.
§ Soil improvement /Pile work.
