Excavation, infrastructure, utilities, Plant, Piling & rigging, MEP, Interior, High rise building i.e 35, 32, 55, 22 floors, confined space, scaffolding, operational safety machines, tools, equipment, Compliance Standard and other HSE regulations, clients/main contractor/subcontractors/internal and external meeting coordinating, organizing and attending, HSE audits, risk assessment, Gap analysis of health & safety system. HSE inspection, HSE Trainings, Ensure implementation & compliance with the standards set out in the HSE guidelines, HIRA, Risk Analysis, corporate HSE approach for K&A all team leads, HSE Statistic, record, incident investigation, proactive & reactive implementation to improve HSE parameters. Coordination & meetings with authorities to ensure safe and smooth work environment i.e Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai Municipality (DM), Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) etc
Excavation, confined space, infrastructure, manhole construction, road work,
Compliance Standard and other HSE regulations, implementations check &
balance to national and international procedures, CAD reporting,
clients/consultant/internal and external meeting coordinating, organizing and
attending, Process safety audits risk assessment, Gap analysis of health & safety
system. Undertake daily inspection
tours to ensure implementation of and compliance with the standards set out
in the HSE guidelines at both the offices and on-site operations,
Hazardous Area Classification, HIRA, Risk Analysis
Carries out regularly safety inspection of all areas assigned. Identifies potential hazards,
recommends solutions, prepares action plans and follows up on implementation, evaluates results
and reports findings to supervisor. Motivates departmental supervisors to achieve excellence in
safety and loss prevention. Incident investigating, reporting
Directs the implementation of the “permit to work” system. Includes reviewing permits issued by
Operations personnel, certifying such permits when required, and ensuring that proper measures are
taken prior to commencement of work. Ensures all work areas are safe for required work through visits to
work sites during dangerous or potentially difficult work, OSH plans, summer work plan, fire and safety
plan, Night shift work plan, severe weather plan etc preparation and updates, JSEA, risk assessment,
confined space permits, emergency drills plans and conducting
Organize and coordinate works related to HSE; Weekly safety meetings with project management,
attends meetings with consultant, client, control observance of HSE legislative and other legal acts by all
departments. PTW, LOTO procedures, Issues & work implementation.
Ensure inductions and briefings are carried out; ensure assessment of occupational safety knowledge
of personnel; ensure personnel provided with training
Participate in implementing the waste management plans.
HSE meetings with clients a s well as staff, HSE supporting
Participate in safety meetings, distribute hazard awareness information, publish circulars and newsletters,
conduct safety promotions and implement incentive programs to increase general awareness on safety issues.
Carry out regular toolbox meeting to communicate the HSE instructions.

Ensures, through recommendations to his supervisor, that adequate stocks

executed upon process safety specifications, QHSE legislative & regulatory advocacy
Maintain and audit of QHSE management system to ensure standard uniformity
