 Preparation and Finalization of Monthly & Annual financial statements of the Group and liaise with auditors Internal & External.
 Responsible for Detailed Consolidated Financial Statements review (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows)
 Preparing and reviewing monthly management reports (MIS) in a timely manner.
 Handling and maintaining all the banking facilities of the group (Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Promissory Notes etc.) and negotiating finance rates with the bank.
 Implement and monitor financial policies for effective compliance in the business and responsible for institutionalizing financial controls which results in the effective management of cash flow & protection of company assets.
 Preparation of Variance analysis report by comparing budgeted costs with the actuals and preparing commentary for the gaps.
 Monthly Amortization of all Prepaid Expenses. (Rents, Insurances & Others.)
 Review of AR and AP Aging and reconciliation with Trial Balance.
 Review of payroll costing and reconciliation between HR data and GL balance.
 Responsible for handling external and internal audit requirements within the committed deadline and coordinating with auditors.
 Experienced in Yearly Audit with reputed audit firm like (KPMG and Rodl Middle east).
 Work in a collaborative manner with other departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
 Experience in handling procurement & logistic department of the group by successfully procuring and delivering the items of one the big projects.
