Main objective of job was to coordinate and Monitoring to ensure correct implementation of QC activities by contractor on field, To lead the team of QC Inspectors for monitoring the on‐going daily construction activities by contractor, Reviewing and approving Project Quality Plan, Method of statement, Inspection and Test Plan, Project Operating Procedures and technical submittals., Coordination with SAPMT about any non-conformance and ensuring its correction before its ACD., Approving Contractor Quality Personals, and ensuring their proper involvement on projects. Monitoring RFI’s raised by the Contractor to verify the work as per Project specification, Approved IFC, Applicable standards & Schedule Q. Direct participation on QMS audit, and evaluating its finding and ensuring proper implementation of CARs, Monitoring Regular surveillances of the team assigned for construction progress as per the requirements of project specifications & applicable standards, Escalation of non-compliance by the Contractor / SAPMT observed on site by issuing Pro-active Notification, standard Violation, NCR’s, Worksheets depending on the criteria of violation as per SAEP 381, Preparing monthly Contractor’s PQI, Design phase PQI, IAI, PII. Consolidating the unit reports for section meeting (Monthly) Consolidating the weekly accomplishment report. Preparing & consolidating weekly highlights for conference calls with senior management.
To lead the team of QC Inspectors for monitoring the on‐going daily construction activities.
Reviewing the construction method statements and making comments per project specifications, Procedures & ITPs.
Regular site visits for foreseeing the potential deficiencies based on his physical experience to share with construction crew and guidance to QC Inspectors.
Close Supervision to Telecommunication QC Inspectors with regards to installation, testing & pre‐commissioning of all telecommunication scope of works.
Monitoring and updating the calibration of all Telecommunication testing Equipment.
Coordination to Client’s Telecom connection lines with regards to Outside & inside Plant interconnections as well as Premise Distribution System (PDS) installation.
Imitating internal Log Book Entries/NCR’s to construction crew for effective implementation of project quality plan, ITP’s, written procedures, project specifications, IFC drawings etc.
Coordination with Clients inspectors for getting the feedback for open log book entries and preparations of corrective actions to close those violations.
Emphasizing on the control of documents and records by advising the document controllers, QC Inspectors.
Conducting routine internal meetings with QC inspectors for further vigilance to the potential problems which must be tackled accordingly to avoid non‐conformities.
Preparing two week look-ahead inspection Schedule & weekly Quality report to submit to Saudi Aramco inspection department.
Raising RFI (Request for Inspection) through QMIS (Quality Management Information System) to Notify PID for Inspection.
Authorized by SAPMT/PID to issue NCR (Non-conformance Report) to Construction department for non-conformities.
Reviewing material Requisition (MR), Technical Submittal & Technical queries.
Controlling & ensuring the implementation of Project quality plan and Schedule “Q” at site.
Controlling quality documents and Materials Certificates
Conducting materials receiving inspection of all equipment and Materials required for the project, verifying SATIP (Saudi Aramco Typical Inspection Plan), SAIC, Material Request (MR), Non-material requirement (NMR), Test report, Technical Submittal, Purchase order, Delivery note and ensure that the equipment & Materials are complying with the requirements SAMSS, Schedule Q, IFC drawing and Construction Specification & Scope of work issue for Project.
Installation of MDF and laying of copper communication cable
End to end fiber testing, Checking Power loss in fiber, Splicing of fiber,
Network Connectivity, Loop testing. Detection of signaling through FIBRE by the use of OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflector meter) for exact location of the point where FIBRE breaks and communication fails,
Maintenance of FDF (Fiber Distribution Frame).and Drawing of the path where the fiber is to be laid i.e. ROUTE MAP
Installation, Testing and commissioning of SYMPLEX Fire Alarm System for smoke detector, beam detector, and SF6 gas detector and shutdown of HVAC system
Installation, Testing and commissioning of Gas detection system integrated with OSAS system.
Installation, Testing and commissioning of ‘SAUTER EY module 2’ building automation system for HVAC, battery charger, and exhaust fan based on EY3600 and NOVANET.
8 km long FOC laying and its splicing and termination in substation and control center for power line protection relays, Open Substation Automation System (OSAS), Power distribution department, RTU monitoring, LAN system
