Monitoring of internal and external networks, Services and Systems
Provide 24/7 technical assistance via phone, email and in-person in a dynamic and fast environment
Coordinate with other departments and handle internal escalations
Provide after hours technical assistance to Data Centre (eg. handle customer visits, reboot server, DDOS issues, backup tapes etc)
Prepare incident, performance and capacity reports
Network/System Troubleshooting - proactively respond to alarms from network monitoring tools and take appropriate actions to resolve the alarms or system alerts
Escalation to Upstream Providers/Suppliers/Tier 3 (Network/System Team)
Manage ticket queue and take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned
Strong interpersonal and Good communication (both verbal and written English) skills
Working knowledge of network concepts - understanding of telco grade equipment like DWDM, routers / switches, networking concepts like BGP

Support for customer complaints RF perspective
Ensures proper handshake and knowledge sharing to customer care team for effective Customer Complaints (CC) handling
Daily, Weekly and Monthly report for complaints analysis such as category wise, top townships and RCA details
Operate and maintain Network devices such as RRU, Fiber, System module, Power, Antenna and microwave
Alligement Microwave antenna and RF antenna
Responsible for giving technical support to guests and palace members on software/hardware complaints.
Supports the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software on PC workstations and laptops.
Provide telecommunication support to users/guests.
Supports users to ensure that they have an access to the appropriate computer systems and that workstations are working properly under the direction and guidance of more senior technical support personnel.
Ensures that all problems are resolved to guests' and users' satisfaction.
Assists guest in the use of the internet by ensuring the use of the proper V-Lan.
Responsible for complete technical support for guests/administration, including maintaining all hardware and software and troubleshooting problems in a timely manner.
Any other duties, which may be assigned time to time as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
