I managed to build effective relationships and delivered projects beyond expectation for this major national organisation. Hence I was selected to roll out a nationwide professional development program across NGHA sites across the kingdom. This began with sessions to gather requirements, building the project plan, delivery and facilitation of the programs consisting of training workshops, assessments and coaching sessions. The objective being to increase professional capabilities in the following areas:
•Project Management
•Change Management
•Performance Management
•Leadership Development
•Soft skills
I provided Project management consultancy for an array of high profile BIBF corporate clients. One of my contracts was a project roll out for learning and development program, for telecoms client Bahrain National Telecommunications Company, BATELCO. This was a high value change program to manage the organisation's transition from a departmental structure to an effective cross organisational projectised environment. In alignment with the goals of this program I designed and facilitated training and coaching workshops to benefit functional senior level managers across the organisation.
Furthermore I rolled out a series of PMP6 Project Management exam preparation courses, and Project KPI workshops preparing managers to better align and measure individual and project performance and benefits.
during an exciting high profile change program in Qatar Petroleum, as they looked to expand and consolidate its position as a global energy leader with its roots firmly in Qatar and development of its nationals. I was selected to facilitate a series of assessed career progression training and coaching workshops for mid to senior level IT, engineering and project professionals.
This program was alignment with Qatar Petroleum professional development objectives to:
•Help employees improve their performance and develop skills to enable them to better align with corporate goals.
•Support the Qatarization process through the provision of short-term training.
•Securities and Investment Company, ” SICO” - Bahrain
Delivered a business and marketing plan for the publication of a unique women's business & lifestyle magazine for the Middle East. Developed the concept into a mock up and viable business venture to present to investors such as Saudi Research & Publication Group (SRPG). Deliverables included a feasibility study, business plan, financial forecast, and brand mission, vision, content and marketing activities.
Integral member of a team to tailor UK central government directives into deliverable projects for implementation into local government. Projects included developing innovative stakeholder engagement models, Economic regeneration (attracting businesses and employment for local community), Health & Safety, Education and Community Profiling.
