Screening, short listing of CVs through E-Recruitment System and initial interviews for ADGAS, FER, OEG & TAKREER shutdown projects
Arrangements of technical interviews& coordination with the potential candidates for Oil & Gas projects
Preparation of initial offer and sent to candidate for acceptance
Prepare and forward employment offer letter to new candidates
Recruitment of selected candidates as permanent and temporary staff according to the requirement
Prepare the employment contract of new mobilized candidates
Establishing and maintaining company’s own online CV data base
Execution of HR advertisements
Conducting yearly appraisals and working out bonuses and promotions as per department recommendations
Ensuring employee’s end service benefits including gratuity, LFA, PF etc
Key accounts management with recruitment agencies
Execution of activities to enhance HR branding to attract quality human resource
Collection, sorting and screening of received CVs for each job advertised
Maintaining and follow up with CVs data bank by different job categories
To collect the man power requirement and planning/budgets for all business center within the group
Finalization from sourcing till offer / appointment
Preparation & submission of daily and monthly strength report of all projects for management information & future decision making
