Delivering complex programs & projects within the triple constraints of agreed schedule, costing & quality for Australian banking client, by managing new infra requirements and by upgrading the existing infra components in the datacenter
Participating in discussions with customers for gathering scope information and performing scope review with project stakeholders
Managing day-to-day operations by ensuring that project objectives are achieved and ensuring that the team delivers as per the SLA and meeting all the quality targets

Maintaining weekly project status reports, risk and issue logs with revenue forecasting were updated to PMO
Documenting lessons learned & the project closure document in team room (SharePoint)
Evaluating, selecting and implementing best practices and possible business solution from technology as well as cost perspective
Managed & created charter, project schedule and costing with the aid of MS-Project for Fuel cell & Solar system roll out for passive power management at Telecom tower sites managed by GTL & Ascend
Conducted kick-off meets for each new project with all the stakeholders to update & execute the signed project scope
Prepared costing for Fuel cell & Solar system roll out also updated & reviewed the risk register to identify potential risks associated, organized the mitigation plans, against the risks for all the projects
Conducted SOP (Sales Operations Plan) review on a monthly basis with all the stakeholders along with board of directors to address the challenges to balance the demand & supply ratio among cross functions
Risk Register was managed and reviewed with the senior management and project team members on a weekly basis, in order to identify any new risks and also to evaluate the existing risks for the appropriate risk response strategies and mitigation plans.
Project implementation of IPLC, MPLS, network infrastructure, NLD & Local Loop products for corporate clients.
Preparation of Project Charter & Project Plans for the implementation of project.
