Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects from conception to completion. Build and strengthen long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Directed electro mechanical activities on all ongoing projects. Allocated and supervised 3M (machine, material, and manpower) resources. Confirmed compliance with project’s baselines through status reports and earned value analysis. Searched, approved, and oversaw subcontractors’ job. Prepared all support documentation for the projects

Carried out necessary calculations for all systems, including power, lighting, fire alarm, data, CCTV, plumbing, and water supply. Executed quantity survey for monthly achievements submission. Actively engaged in weekly progress meetings.
