Conducting feasibility studies to utilize the current resources to the maximum possible by managing both customers and the staff (to work in shifts), Reorganizing and redistributing tasks, responsibilities of different employees, defining clear job responsibilities related to each designation, Implemented new router from Linux sense and strengthened the perimeter of the ISP by refining the firewall rules. Working at the huge U.S. Government facility for information systems run by the New Jersey State Department of Human services, assisting the in-house team in Web Operations, LAN and WAN. The facility is continuously accessed by about 21000 users which have highly confidential government records related to the public in New Jersey.Designing, managing, staging and publishing Websites in the Staging and Production facilities as and when required by the application departments.Responsible for Windows Server builds, ISA staging, CSS Management, reviewing firewall rules for appropriate online access of staged applications.Troubleshooting problems related to internal/external access of websites hosted by the New Jersey Department of Human Services which serves many other sub departments. Working at the central office of information systems on high end servers connected through Layer 3 Content Switches, ISA Servers and Firewalls.Granting, Revoking and Renewal of secure certificates for the numerous websites through the internal VeriSign Certification Server provided to the Government through SSL.Routine jobs related to Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server and applications, user management, granting rights, assignment of printers at different locations throughout the facilities in different locations of the state and troubleshooting printing and file sharing issues in the mixed environment of Windows and Citrix.Troubleshooting WAN and LAN routing issues that arises in the staging environment with the help of complex design diagrams.

Directed a team who successfully designed, hosted and managed the company's website (www.afi.com.sa) with a secure forum and e-commerce site (www.afideal.com ) using Verisign 64 bit encryption. Interfaced with the BaaN India in the migration of existing data in the SERA ERP application in co-ordination with the team of 15 key users from each Dept in the company in 2003-04, Implemented VPN with the branches for the effective functioning and centralising of the BaaN 5.0c ERP. Established EDI with the branches to check inventory online in different locations. Undertook frequent visits to branches in the Gulf region to ensure smooth functioning of ERP & networking systems, Played a key role in the installation & maintenance of CNC machines at the production line.Conducted training programs on ERP applications, networking, quality and security systems.
