Improving the sales volume of the full product range of lubricants not only by acquisition of new customers, but also by intensifying existing customer relations; supporting the performance of marketing activities planned at central level
Developing appropriate value added services as well as supervising and coordinating the permanent sales improvement process in the sense of increasing customer efficiency and satisfaction
Analysing the current market situation and competition, gathering and processing the important information
Achievement of the quantitative corporate objectives, as well as monitoring the given targets, in order to improving the activities
Responsible for automobile and industrial sales of Veedol lubricants thus achieving the set business plan goals and sales targets
Ensuring timely and high quality information flow between customers and the company
Responsible for sales promotion and to secure additional business responsible for establishing marketing strategies to improve sales
Handling of inquiries and quotations Proper correspondence with customers, agents and the operational department
Develop customer database Market information, competition activities
Update account loss report Collection of customer dues related to sales activities
Prospecting & Appointing new distributors for Oman Oil branded lubricants across different locations worldwide as directed by management.
Liaising & Servicing with existing distributor as directed by management
Selling Oman Oil Lubricants & Collecting money for the same
Keep documentation up to date on all issues related to sales
Job Responsibilities:-
Sales Growth:
Responsible to meet or exceed the sales and market share goals as assigned
for this territory.
Promote and sell the company’s programs, including:
o Ordering programs
o Retail incentive programs
o Dealer training seminars and schools
o Dealer advertising and marketing efforts
Dealer Development Plan:
Understand the market potential and current dealers
Create a dealer development plan, which will grow the business on the territory,
to include;
o Evaluating current dealers and recommend actions for improvement
o Implement a strategy for continuous growth at existing and new dealers
Sales Promotion:
Recommend, manage, and attend trade shows within the territory
Supply the VP of Marketing with competitive information
including pricing, terms and sales promotions
Business Management
Meet or exceed the collection sales plan as assigned for this territory.
Maintain proper inventories at dealers within the territory
Manage dealer accounts and assist with collections of past due accounts when necessary
Will be having charges for specified areas and have to work along with the Sales Supervisors in that area in order to increase the sales and offer better service to customers.
Has to achieve specified target in each area based on Target Customers
Must provide proper feed back to the Department Head about the Market so as to build an effective Market Intelligence System (MIS) (Regarding the pricing about ours as well as competitors, need of promotional activities .
